Empowering Teen Girls with Tools for Calm, Confidence & Resilience
Adolescence brings huge changes—physically, mentally, and emotionally. These years are often filled with academic pressure, shifting friendships, and increasing social demands.
Research shows that girls experience higher levels of anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and stress-related issues compared to boys during their school years. Yoga offers a powerful way to support girls in developing resilience, confidence, and self-awareness—helping them to thrive, not just cope.
Our programmes are designed specifically for girls in Years 7–13, creating a safe, supportive, and non-competitive environment where they can strengthen their bodies, calm their minds, and discover their own tools for wellbeing.
Programme Options
1. Classroom Breaks Programme (Years 7–11)
A structured 4–6 week programme of 45-minute sessions, delivered in the classroom. Using chair-based yoga, breathwork, and guided relaxation, this programme gives girls simple, practical tools they can use throughout the school day and beyond.

Reset focus and concentration before or after lessons
Explore breathing practices to manage stress and anxiety
Build body awareness, posture, and confidence
Apply techniques to real-life situations such as exams, presentations, and personal wellbeing
