The Sunday reset: rise & restore

mum’s yoga: rise

Sunday morning | 45-minute session | once a month

Action • Energy • Unique Rhythm

Sunday mornings carry a quiet promise.

Before the week begins asking things of you, this is your time to rise.

Mum’s yoga: rise is a 45-minute energising session designed to awaken your strength, vitality and confidence — not in competition with the week ahead, but in preparation for it.

Once a month, we gather to move, breathe, and reconnect with the rhythm that is uniquely yours. Each woman arrives with her own pace, her own story, her own energy — and leaves feeling steadier, stronger, and more aligned within herself.

This is not about performing or perfecting poses.

It is about remembering that beneath responsibilities and routines, there is a woman who deserves to feel alive.

Why Sunday morning?

  • You arrive before the week’s demands begin

  • You leave energised, clear, and steady

  • You set your tone before anyone else sets it for you

  • You move from intention rather than reaction

How this supports mums

Modern motherhood can feel fast, overstimulating, and externally focused.

Rise gently shifts that dynamic.

Through breath-led, strength-building movement, you’ll experience:

  • Nervous system regulation through rhythmic activation

  • Hormonal support through energising flow

  • Confidence through embodied awareness

  • Connection with other women — without comparison or competition

This isn’t about pushing harder.

It is about activating what is already within you — so you meet the week steady rather than scattered.

Why Anjli Yoga is different

This is not a fitness class.

It is a welcoming space where women come to reconnect with themselves.

You are invited to rise in your own way — strong, expressive, powerful — without pressure and without proving anything to anyone.

You’re not “getting your body back.” You’re coming home to it.

And when women choose to rise alongside one another — each moving to her own internal rhythm — something quietly transformative begins to build.

No previous yoga experience is required.

🌿 Mum’s yoga: restore

Sunday afternoon | 1 hour workshop | once a month

Rest • Reflection • Nurturing Self-Care

Sunday afternoons carry a gentle exhale.

After the weekend’s movement and noise, this is your time to restore.

Mum’s yoga: restore is a one-hour immersive workshop designed to gently reset your nervous system and prepare you for the week ahead.

Once a month, we pause together — to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to ourselves — without pressure, performance, or expectation.

Through restorative postures, breathwork, guided reflection and gentle awareness practices, you are supported to:

  • Release physical tension

  • Slow your breathing

  • Notice what you are carrying

  • Allow your body to unwind

  • Reconnect with your own needs - and listen for the quieter rhythm beneath the noise

We create a calm, welcoming environment where you feel supported, steadied and replenished.

Restore is where awareness deepens. Where what was activated can settle. Where effort gives way to ease. Where tension reduces. Where you can hear your own thoughts more clearly.

Why Sunday afternoon?

• You release the weekend’s busyness

• You prevent Monday overwhelm before it begins

• You enter the week grounded rather than depleted

• You take time for yourself before returning to everyone else

How this supports mums

Many mums carry invisible mental load, emotional labour and constant responsibility.

Restore helps you:

• Reduce anxiety and accumulated stress

• Improve sleep quality

• Process emotions in a healthy way

• Build steadiness and clarity

• Feel supported rather than alone

Why Anjli Yoga is different

This isn’t simply stretching. It is structured restoration.

Every element is intentional — from the pace of movement to the tone of reflection.

You are guided to notice how you feel, what you need, and how to support yourself with kindness.

You leave not only relaxed, but steadier. You're not escaping your life. You are resourcing yourself within it.

No previous yoga experience is required.
